Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Freddo Toys Canada. Below are the terms of our shipping within Canada.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping across Canada on all orders — no minimum required.

Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? Local pickup is available in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia. Contact us before ordering to arrange a pickup and confirm availability for your item.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer; if there is a significant delay with your order, we will reach out by email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@freddotoys.com with photos, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Please do not assemble the product until we have reviewed the photos.

Remote Areas

Some remote or northern regions may require additional transit time. We will let you know if your delivery is affected.
