Where is my battery?

I have a Christmas gift for a child that needed a battery replaced so I ordered it @12/27 and it’s now 1/9 and hasn’t been shipped yet.

So far…not a fan

I’m trying to find a wheel for my grandson‘s electric go kart. I emailed DTI… Corresponded with someone three times wanting to know the size of the wheel. I think he finally got tired of me and told me it was no longer available. I took a chance and ordered it… It was available… And they sent me the wrong wheel. I emailed them today to find out what I need to do to return it. Time will tell.
