If we are able to identify the problem during the call, the customer will then be responsible to cover the cost of any parts required, plus shipping fees if the service isn’t covered by warranty.
If the service is for a product that was not purchased through FreddoToys, and we are unable to determine the problem, we will guide the customer towards the best possible solution for repairing the product. Customers may also send pictures or short videos of the item to our email at support@freddotoys.com before paying the $34.99 or scheduling the video call, so we may attempt to determine whether the problem can be identified and if we are able to assist them.
Walk-In Service Center
Freddo Toys does not have a physical walk-in center. Instead, please visit our Service Center Maps on our website to find the nearest authorized service center.

Non-Warranty Items: There is an initial service fee of $34.99 (non-refundable) to assess the problem and determine if it can be repaired. Click here to schedule your drop-off. (Scheduling a drop-off is required; however, payment can be made at the service center.)

Extended Warranty: If you purchased an extended warranty through CPS, please click here to contact them directly. If the repair is possible, the service will be performed at the authorized service center, where there will be a labor fee, and if there are any parts required, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of the part(s). Charges may apply.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If the customer decides to bring the item to the service center, the item must be in reasonably clean condition, removing mud, dirt, leaves, and debris, to be acceptable to receive and assess issues by our service team.
